254 Auto Glass & More... always puts your Safety 1st, before work quality and performance. We handle your vehicle with extra care but is NOT responsible for damages which may occur during the removal, &/or the installation of glass. This includes Glass defects; Glass being damaged during delivery or service. Lost or missing items (remove all items). If calibration is needed, please refer to your dealership.We do NOT provide calibration at this time. After service is complete, we recommend No pressure washing for a week. Also, one window on the vehicle must be cracked open for 24 hours to release cabin pressure during the windshields cure process. If these steps are not followed this may void your warranty.

•    Refunds and Deposits

All sales on glass deposits are FINAL, NO REFUNDS on deposits! NO refunds for failure to appear for services. Please contact us immediately if you wish to reschedule. Glass shall be returned to the distributor 3 days after your scheduled appointment and deposit shall be forfeited. NO refunds for labor cost, if job was incomplete due to misc. factors such as last-minute cancelation of service, purchasing wrong or faulty part. Vehicle having damages that may affect the installation of the Glass, like dents in fenders, bent A-pillars or dents around edges of roof top. 

•  WARRANTY POLICY. Those who receive our warranty policy receive 1 Free Rock Chip repair, 1 Free repair of Cracks (up to 12in in length), Free service of Water Leaks & Acoustics (wind sound) based on the life of the windshield (1year). Warranties may be issued for lifetime. Absolutely No warranty on used glass (junk yard pulls) only by the coverage received from the yard you pulled it from. If we do a junk yard pull for you, you must request placing a warranty according to that parts yard policy. We do not install used windshields due to a compromised PBV interlayer which effects the integrity of the windshield. Also used windshields have unknown damages of stress from prior vehicles road wear or accident history. Basically, used windshields are not safe. We only replace tempered door glasses and tempered back glasses from junk vehicles. 
•    Safety Recommendations   Don’t treat windshield replacement like an oil change, 15 minutes and done. WRONG. There is a safe drive-away time period according to federal law, that we must abide by. “Cure Process Drive Time” vehicle must remain parked for at least 2- 6 hours after windshield installation, depending on the urethane product used. So, upon scheduling for service Plan on leaving the vehicle at the shop. Your life depends on it. If you choose not to wait at least 1 hour in the lobby or return after 6 hours, you will be driving off the property at your own risk. leaving before the safe drive away time will void your warranty. 254 Auto Glass & More…will not be held accountable, if a tragic accident occurs within the curing time frame. 
• Window Tint Service Does not come with a warranty. Our tint has a life span of 2-5 years before fading or pealing. After tinting your vehicle, we recomened leaving your windows remain up for at least 3 to 5 days before moving them. Not doing this could cause your tint to shift out of position. If you request a higher quality tint (ceramic) or a particular shade percentage, we can gladly assist you in finding and ordering your specific taste.
• Auto Detailing Policy we ask first to please remove all personal items from the vehicle. Any items in the vehicle are considered trash and will be thrown away. We are not respnsible for lost or missing items. Floor mats will be trashed if high damage is noticed. If you wish to keep your mats, please notify us during booking. We are also not liable for any damages that may occer to motor if engine bay is being detailed.  Customers are more than welcome to bring any special auto detailing product as far as brand of prduct or chemical type for us to use with the vehicle owner's request and/ or consent.
